PRP Therapy

 

1) What is PRP Therapy?

 Platelet rich plasma is an injectable treatment in which the person's own blood is used .

It has high concentration of PLATELET CELLS which are vital in healing and growth of new cells.

Therefore prp helps in promoting collagen production, regenerates skin cells and hair follicles.

2) What is prp therapy used for?

Prp therapy is primarily used for hair loss, decreasing hair density, pigmentation, chronic wounds.

3) How does it work? 

A small amount of blood is collected from the patient in a syringe. 

The collected blood is then spun down in a centrifugation machine available at our centre to separate its components.

The prp is then reinjected or microneedled into the recipient area.

4) How many sessions are needed?

Totally depends on patients and their needs. 

On an average, 4-5 sessions are atleast required to appreciate visible changes.

5) Is prp safe for both men & women?

     100% safe.

 6) Are there any side effects?

      No side effects have been reported till date.

7 ) When could i go back to my normal routine? 

It is an outpatient procedure whitch hardly
